Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Engineer. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of web applications. This role is located in Faridabad, but there is flexibility to work remotely.


Qualifications

  1. Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development skills (Preferable NodeJS / Java Related Frameworks)
  2. Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) skills
  3. Software Development skills
  4. Experience with agile development methodologies
  5. Proficiency in at least one programming language
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  7. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  8. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus

Salary range per month: ₹ 17,000 - ₹ 25,000

Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive in a our company, your primary role is to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. Your responsibilities include:


  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  2. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  3. Analyse market data to determine customer needs, preferences, and pain points to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  4. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  5. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  6. Qualify leads by assessing their fit with the company's products/services and their potential for long-term partnerships.
  7. Client Relationship Management:
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals, challenges, and expectations.
  9. Regularly engage with clients to provide updates on product offerings, industry insights, and solutions to their business needs.
  10. Sales and Negotiation:
  11. Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  12. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and close deals.
  13. Strategic Planning and Business Development:
  14. Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand client base, and achieve revenue targets.
  15. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product/service enhancements and promotional activities.
  16. Sales Pipeline Management:
  17. Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through CRM software.
  18. Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimise sales processes.
  19. Client Feedback and Customer Satisfaction:
  20. Gather feedback from clients regarding product/service satisfaction, performance, and areas for improvement.
  21. Address client concerns promptly and work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  22. Continuous Learning and Industry Awareness:
  23. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in software development.
  24. Participate in training programs, workshops, and industry events to enhance skills and knowledge related to sales, technology, and business development.


Salary range per month: ₹ 17,000 - ₹ 25,000
